Why choose hotels in Little Venice?
Not only are you in one of the capital’s most affluent areas, but it’s also the cutest, cosiest, and most tranquil spot in central London. The canal remains somewhat of a hidden gem, and boat rides to and from Camden Lock make a great activity. They pass along Regents Park, which is only a mile away from Little Venice and provides beautiful scenic views. The canal walk to the park is fantastic as well.
Hyde Park is less than a mile away, and there is a direct route to the park’s famous Italian Gardens. Portobello Road Market isn’t far either, which is one of the best markets in London and somewhere I highly recommend visiting!

Getting around London from Little Venice
There are several tube stations nearby; the two closest to these hotels near Little Venice are Paddington Station, Circle Line (yellow) and Warwick Avenue, Bakerloo Line (brown). Both have fantastic transport links to London’s top attractions.
Using these two stations to get around is easy and convenient, but don’t forget about walking around Little Venice itself; it’s a lovely neighbourhood.
Baker Street and the famous Madame Tussaud Museum are only a 5-minute train ride away, while London’s revered Oxford Circus can be reached in 9 minutes. From here, you’re already in the West End, which includes Carnaby Street, Piccadilly Circus, and the National Gallery.
Trafalgar Square isn’t too far either; you’ll need to catch the Bakerloo line to Charing Cross Station. From here, it’s easy to reach Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye; walk a bit more, and you’ll reach the iconic Tower Bridge. You can certainly create a fantastic London itinerary from your stay in Little Venice!
